Very good cook, nice condition. There are 5 stars for them. For the ambience but only 2. Therefore only 4 stars in total. But we thank you for a very nice evening with you.

We were allowed to spend a nice girls evening here today. The food was top class! Everything freshly prepared. The service was very friendly and the chef was also very keen to us. We felt very comfortable and are looking forward to returning soon!

Today for lunch at the Unseburger Brauhaus. Very friendly welcome from the boss brought us to the table was well prepared, the service was nice and friendly and the drinks were also quickly at our table. We got olive bread and tomato butter from the chef personally who recommended his dishes. A very organized boss. The restaurant was very busy there was a table empty. We decided on a wild garlic soup and a mushroom soup, the very best very good and also very hot then came the Ochsenbacken and the rack of lamb I do not know how to describe it we were missing the words it was a treat something we had not in a very long time , A compliment to the boss. We are thrilled and will visit the brewery in Unseburg many more greetings to the boss family Bila from Aschersleben

Goods with 9 people on a Friday evening in the brewery. Food consistently high quality, with great explanation by the chef. Drinks were quickly fulfilled and lovingly served. Thank you for the lovely evening

We ate from an excellent buffet of starters and entrees, star rating.

Restaurant visit with a difference. Our 3-course menu once cooked. The chef explained to us very patiently how to conjure up a great menu with simple means but high-quality ingredients. It was a lot of fun and tasted it. We have already signed up for the next cooking class which will take place in a new extra showroom.

We were to "cooking with friends" in the Unseburger Brauhaus, it was a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We were given many tips and tricks for the home. The dishes we together with Hr. King prepared were very delicious and it was all around bidding. We look forward to the next evening in the Unseburger Brauhaus.

In the Unseburger Brauhaus we had a small family party with a rich buffet. The food looked good and tasted good too. The chef was a cook as you would imagine a real cook. He explained the buffet at length and conjured up a delicious large portion for our vegan family. So I can only recommend it. Cool cook, keep it up!

Not only the food but the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The chef and waitress took their time for the guests. One felt very well

Very delicious cuisine we had goat cheese was beautifully prepared and delicious. For the main course I ate ox cheeks the first time it is mega delicious but also the roe deer schnitzel was a feast for the eyes the spätzle fresh we were allowed to watch as the chef made it impressive we are excited to try it out

Very well equipped restaurant with delicious food and attentive service staff. So eating is fun! I will definitely recommend it.

Spitzenmäßig. Fresh, creative, down to earth, plentiful, delicious - made with love. Plus: a chef who does not hide in the kitchen, but regularly "looks after the right" with the guests and is interested in whether it tastes good. We become new regulars.
